Our appliances come with a 2 year manufacturers guarantee just by simply registering your appliance. Get extra protection with a Repair & Care plan, which offers an initial repair and ongoing care for one or more home appliances.

Our fixed price repair comes with a 90 day work guarantee with parts and labour included

Repair & Care

Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan that provides an initial repair followed by ongoing maintenance and support for your product. Provided by Domestic & General Services Ltd.

Direct Debit

Plans set on Direct Debit include monthly instalments with no upfront fee

No fix no fee

If we can’t fix that initial fault, then we will refund any monies paid until that point

6 month maintenance support

Exclusive access to Domestic &. General’s online portal, providing online assistance, a remote annual health check and unlimited phone support for your appliance. After the first repair if the maintenance has failed, further onsite visits can be booked

Authorised local engineers

Should the maintenance fail, onsite visits can be booked to be carried out and parts fitted with a local Whirlpool engineer

Protect other appliances

Option to protect additional appliances in your household to help prevent breakdowns

Replacement appliance after 1st repair

If we deem your appliance to be irreparable any time after the first completed repair then you’ll be entitled to a brand new one
